The XR Studios Execs will be key members of the team managing the development and output of the XR Stage in the XPLOR Innovation Centre. 100% of these posts will directly contribute to the development and delivery of the Backstage Innovation Centre project, part-funded by European Regional Development Funds (ERDF). 

About you:

  • Degree level qualification in a relevant discipline 
  • Capable of working independently to develop, maintain and manage the XR stage output and content, development 
  • Able to manage client projects and in-house research 
  • A good communicator able to represent XPLOR and capable and confident in external client meetings and presentations

The XPLOR Innovation Centre is a £6m+ Backstage Academy project, partially funded by the European Regional Development Fund, and based on Production Park. The new centre will become a catalyst for change; not just for the global live events industry, but also in providing support and growth opportunities for SME’s and Start-ups within the local region. 

The new building will open its doors in 2022 and will provide a blank canvas for individuals and companies to bring new novel ideas and undertake a creative development cycle to bring them to commercial realisation. 

As part of the development of XPLOR we are opening a specialist centre in Virtual Production which will be opening in the Autumn of 2021 and we are looking for a dynamic individual to be part of this new team.
