Payment Policy


For organisations – Bookings can only be confirmed upon receipt of a valid order number or purchase order. Payment by invoice will be due strictly 14 working days before the course date. Invoices for purchase orders should be addressed to Backstage Academy (Training) Ltd.



Discounts may be available for registered charities, group bookings or if you are booking multiple courses. Please phone us on +44 (0)1977 659 880 to discuss your requirements.



Cancellation in writing 14 days prior to the course date will entitle you to a refund of all money paid (less a small administrative charge of £10).

Cancellation in writing with less than 14 days notice of the course date will mean all course fees are non-refundable.

Under certain circumstances we will attempt to transfer your booking to a later course date, but this is decided at our absolute discretion. Please telephone us on +44 (0)1977 659 880 if you would like to discuss.

All refunds will be made within 30 working days from the cancellation date.



All courses are subject to a minimum number of people attending the course. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a course due to low numbers we will always endeavour to reserve you a place on the next available course date. If you cannot attend any other date you will have the right to a full refund of any monies paid.
