UCAS Timeline for 2019 Entry Applications


October – December 2018
Start your UCAS application and think about your 5 choices. Get to work on your personal statement and make sure you run it by your tutor or careers advisor.

January 2019
The UCAS application deadline for our undergraduate courses is Tuesday 15th January 2019. Make sure you submit your application by this date.

Please note: You can still submit a UCAS application after the 15 January deadline, however bear in mind that applications submitted by the January deadline will be considered first.

February 2019
UCAS Extra opens. If you’ve used all five choices and you’re not holding any offers, you might be able to add another choice. More information on UCAS Extra can be found here.

March – April 2019
You can still apply through UCAS Extra.

May 2019
We will reply to all applications made by the 15 January deadline. You can still apply through UCAS Extra for those who are eligible.

June 2019
If you have made an application after the 15 January deadline (not UCAS Extra) it will be forwarded onto us. Any applications received after this point, will be entered into Clearing.You can still apply through UCAS Extra for those who are eligible.

July 2019
Last chance to apply through UCAS Extra for those who are eligible. Clearing vacancies will appear in the search tool on UCAS, bear in mind the full list will be published on A Level results day.

August 2019
A Level results day (Thursday 15th August). Full clearing vacancy information available. If you don’t get the grades you required, you don’t have any offers or you’ve changed your mind about your choices, then Clearing is your best option. It’s your last opportunity to get a place on a course.

September 2019
Clearing vacancies will be removed from the UCAS search tool.
