Student Loans

Undergraduate Programmes

UK students studying for their first undergraduate degree may be eligible to receive a tuition fee loan, as well as a maintenance loan to cover the cost of living while studying. You only start to pay back the tuition fee and maintenance loan once you have graduated and are earning over £25,000. Please apply for your financial support as soon as possible as it can take several months to process your application. If you have previously received funding to study at HE Level 4 or 5 then you will not be eligible for student finance, but may qualify for a career development loan.

Postgraduate Programmes

You can get funding for postgraduate study through loans, studentships, bursaries and grants - you might also get help from your employer.

For more information on student finance, please visit Student Finance England.

Bursaries

As part of our commitment to access and widening participation, we offer a range of bursary and additional financial support for prospective students. There is also a hardship fund available to eligible students who experience financial crisis.
